  9. Sediakan 1 1/2 sdt bubuk cabe.
  10. Siapkan 1 sdt gula pasir.
  11. Siapkan 1/2 sdt garam.
  12. Dibutuhkan 500 ml air.

  1. Siapkan bahan2nya.
  2. Selain tuna kalengan, tteokboki dan tahu (kalau pakai tahu), masukkan kimchi dan semua bahan2 ke dlm wajan, aduk semua bahan, lalu nyalakan kompor, rebus semua bumbu sampai air berkurang separuhnya.
  3. Stlh air berkurang separuhny masukkan tteokbokki, aduk lagi. Masak sampai tteokbokki empuk, lalu masukkan ikan tuna kalengan ditengah2 masakan (dan tahu jika pakai tahu). Sesuaikan jmlh air, jika air terlalu sedikit boleh tambahkan air lagi. Masak kurang lbih 5 menit, TANPA mengaduk tunanya. Biarkan daging tuna tetap berada ditengah masakan, krn kalau diaduk ikan tunany akan hancur dan jadi tdk terasa..
  4. Disini saya pakai tuna kalengan yg pedas, jadi warnany sdh merah dan akhirny tdk terlalu ketara krn rebusan kimchiny jg berwarna merah. Jika dirasa sdh matang semua, koreksi rasa (khas rasany asam, manis, asin, dan pedas). Taburkan daun bawang iris, saya skip dan diganti biji wijen sangrai. Sajikan hangat..
