Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager of Sales to join our automotive company. The GM of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

-Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.

-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.

-Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.

-Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to senior management.

-Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.

-Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry. But other related industry is welcomed.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related subject.
