  4. Panaskan oven, olesi loyang dgn olive oil lalu sendok kan adonan ke loyang dan pipihkan sedikit, taburi almond slice atau wijen atau yg lain, saya kali ini hanya punya wijen hitam.
  5. Panggang dgn suhu 160 derajat selama 20-25 menit di oven yg sdh dipanaskan sblmnya (sesuaikan oven masing2 dan jg ketebalan loyang mempengaruhi ya) jgn kuatir jika permukaan cookies disentuh masih sedikit lembek ya krn stlh cookies dingin akan mengeras dgn sendirinya..
