- Sembari menunggu profing yg kedua, panaskan oven pd suhu 175°C selama ±30 menit (sesuaikan oven masing², me: otrik kirin).
- Setelah 30 menit, panggang adonan pd suhu 150°C selama 30 menit api atas bwh.
- Setelah matang keluarkan biarkan agak dingin lalu tmbhkan topping sesuai selera.
