  5. Sediakan 75 gr unsalted butter/maragarin.
  6. Siapkan 1 sdt grm (sdkt kalo pake margarin krn dlmx sdh ada garam).
  7. Sediakan 2 butir telur.
  8. Sediakan 220 ml susu hangat(ngulen manual 250ml).
  9. Sediakan Bahan filling.
  10. Sediakan Sckp butter/margarin.
  11. Sediakan 1 sdm bubuk kayu manis.
  12. Sediakan 100 gr brown sugar/palm sugar.
  13. Siapkan Bahan glacing/icing.
  14. Sediakan 55 gr butter/margarin.
  15. Dibutuhkan 80 gr gula halus.
  16. Siapkan 60 gr cream cheese.
  17. Sediakan 1/2 sdt vanila.
  18. Siapkan 1/4 sdt garam( skip jika make margarin.

  1. Buat Roti : masukan adonan ke dlm homebakery pilih meni mengadon, tunggu sampe selesai, bisa juga dgn cara manual, aktifkan sdkt ragi dulu+50 ml air, susu hangat diamkan hingga berbusa arti namanya ragi msh aktif, uleni adonan dgn mencampur terigu dg bahan² lain, kecuali butter sampe set kalis lalu masukan butter uleni hingga kalis, tutup adonan dgn serbet basah ato masukan dlm wadah tupperware dan tutup rapat diamkan hingga mengembang 2 x lipat.
  2. Jika sdh mengembang tonjok adonan utk mengeluarkan udara yg terperangkap, giling adonan roti berbentuk kotak dan olesi butter beri filling campuran palm sugar dan cinnamon.
  3. Gulung adonan dgn pelan tapi kencang setlh di gulung pijit2 sedikit ujungnya agar tdk terbuka saat di panggang.
  4. Potong² sesuai ukuran yg di inginkan dgn benang spy rapi, tata roti di atas loyang yg telah di olesi dgn margarin.
  5. Beri jarak dan diamkan hingga mengembang, tutup dgn serbet/plastik wrap agar tdk kering atasnya.
  6. Panaskan oven lalu panggang dgn suhu 180 c kurleb 20 mnt lalu angkat.
  7. Membuat glacing : sambil menunggu roti yg sedang di panggang, jd ketika roti msh panas kita olesi, agar glacing meluber cakeup di permukaan roti.
  8. Bahan glacing: campurkan semua bahan dlm bowl, mixer sampe creamy.
  9. Setelah roti matang olesi dgn glacing dan siap di sajikan.
