  13. Sediakan 8 kapulaga, buang kulitnya.

  16. Siapkan 10 lbr daun jeruk.
  17. Siapkan 4 cm lengkuas, geprek.
  18. Siapkan 3 batang sereh, ambil putihnya sj, geprek.
  19. Dibutuhkan 2 lbr daun kunyit (me :skip, krn gak dpt daunnya).
  20. Dibutuhkan 1 santan kara yg 65ml.
  21. Dibutuhkan 5 pcs cengkeh.
  22. Siapkan 1 pcs kayumanis.

Urutan membuat Rendang

  1. Potong2 daging, ukuran bs disesuaikan dg selera.
  2. Rebus santan encer, masukkan daging, gunakan api sedang cenderung kecil.
  3. Blender bumbu halus, kalau sy, sy ulek krn blender rusak, sebaiknya sih di blender ya jd halus. lalu tumis.
  4. Setelah santan pd daging mulai menyusut, masukkan bumbu halus yg sdh di tumis.
  5. Masukkan santan kental, bumbu tambahan (daun jeruk, lengkuas, sereh, daun kunyit, kara).
  6. Tes rasa ya bun, kalau kurang garam silahkan tambahkan sesuai selera.
  7. Jgn lupa di aduk biar gak gosong bagian bawahnya.
  8. Biarkan sampai asat/menyusut santan nya dan keluar minyaknya.
