  4. Letakkan 1/3 bagian bahan B ke dlm bahan A, aduk lipat secara perlahan, kemudian tambahkan lagi 1/3 bahan B, aduk hingga bercampur rata, kemudian masukkan campuran tersebut ke dlm wadah sisa bahan B, campur rata.
  5. Letakkan di loyang yg telah dialasi dgn kertas roti, gerakkan pisau memutar dari tengah ke arah pinggir loyang agar tidak ada udara yg mengendap di dlm adonan.
  6. Hentakkan adonan perlahan agar udaranya keluar.
  7. Panggang dgn teknik au bain marie, Masukkan ke oven dgn suhu 150 derajat selama 30 menit.
  8. Setelah 30menit, buka tutup oven sebesar 3 cm selama 5detik, kemudian panggang kembali dgn suhu 130 derajat selama 30 menit.
  9. Keluarkan dari oven, biarkan selama 15 menit, kemudian balikkan perlahan.
