Langkah-langkah membuat Bubur ikan / fish porridge
- Pertama, cuci beras bersih.
- Kemudian panaskan minyak, tumis beras dan masukkan kecap manis. Tumis hingga kering.
- Kemudian panaskan air, setelah air mendidih masukkan beras. Dan di sesekali aduk2 supaya tidak gosong.
- Ketika bubur matang, masukkan ikan, garam, kecap asin dan kaldu jamur (tes rasa).
- Setelah matang, matikan gas dan bubur siap di sajikan.
- Note : jika kurang air boleh di tambah (dan jangan lupa tes rasa ya).
