- Rebus Daging dengan api kecil sampai empuk (biasanya min. 30 menit), cemplungkan daun jeruk.
- Masukkan Kentang.
- Blender bumbu halus, masukkan ke rebusan daging, aduk.
- Tambahkan bumbu kari, aduk.
- Tumis bahan tumisan hingga harum, lalu masukkan ke gulai.
- Beri garam, aduk, cek rasa.
