- Potong2 adonan menjadi 9 bagian. Tata pada loyang dan proofing lagi selama 1 jam.
- Panaskan oven dg suhu 150c. Olesi adonan dg kuning telur dan susu, oven selama kurleb 45 mnt. Setelah matang olesi atasnya dg butter.
