  1. Cuci ayam fillet. Beri air perasan jeruk nipis dan cuci kembali. Lalu iris tipis memanjang dan rendam dengan bumbu rendaman selama 30 menit.
  2. Campur adonan celupan dengan air lalu celupkan ayam yg sudah dimarinasi tadi.
  3. Kocok telur. Lalu celupkan ayam yg sudah dicelupkan adonan tepung tadi.
  4. Dipiring lain siapkan tepung panir. Bisa diberi royco ayam bila suka dan jangan lupa dicampur2 dulu. Lalu gulingkan ayam yg sudah di celup telur tadi sambil ditekan2 agar menempel rata. Lalu simpan di frezer 10 menit agar tidak rontok saat digoreng.
  5. Goreng dengan minyak panas dan dengan api kecil agar matang sempurna sampai kuning keemasan.
