  11. Sediakan 1 sdt minyak wijen.

TANPA di marinasi pun tak apa tp karna si suami minta biar gak tawar rasanya katanya????.
  2. Lalu tepung terigu buat menjadi 2 bagian, basah dan kering. Pada bagian yg basah tambahkan ketumbar bubuk dan lada..
  3. Masukkan ayam marinasi ke tepung kering, lalu tepung basah, dan ke tepung kering lagi hingga ketebalan yg diinginkan (saya hanya sekali pengulangan).
  4. Panaskan minyak dg api kecil, pastikan api panas lalu masukkan ayam. Goreng dengan sekali balik..
  5. Taburkan nori dan wijen diatasnya, bisa dimakan begini saja dengan nasi atau jg dengan saus lainnya (saranku pakai bumbu curry japan yah).
