Bahan-bahan yang harus disediakan untuk membuat Chicken Katsu

  1. Dibutuhkan Fillet Dada ayam 1/2kg.
  2. Dibutuhkan Bumbu Marinasi.
  3. Dibutuhkan 3 sdm kecap asin.
  4. Sediakan 1/2 sdm gula palem.
  5. Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt jahe parut.
  6. Siapkan 2 siung bawang putih, parut.
  7. Siapkan 1 buah bawang bombay u kecil, parut.
  8. Dibutuhkan 50 ml air.
  9. Dibutuhkan Tepung Pelapis.
  10. Dibutuhkan 3 sdm tepung tapioka.
  11. Sediakan 2 sdm tepung terigu.
  12. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm tepung maizena.
  13. Sediakan 2 sdm cabe bubuk.
  14. Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt lada bubuk.
  15. Sediakan Bahan Pencelup (kocok lepas).
  16. Sediakan 2 btr telor.
  17. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm kecap asin.
  18. Dibutuhkan Bahan Pelapis Akhir.
  19. Siapkan Secukupnya tepung roti.

Urutan membuat Chicken Katsu

  1. Iris tipis fillet menjadi beberapa lembaran tipis, lalu tekan2 dan tusuk2 dg garpu supaya bumbu meresap.
  2. Campur semua bahan marinasi.
  3. Masukan fillet ayam ke dlm bumbu marinasi, diamkan selama krg lebih 1 jam (saya 3 jam, masukan ke dlm kulkas).
  4. Setelah dimarinasi, tiriskan fillet dari bumbu nya, keringkan dg tisu lalu balut dg bahan pelapis pertama, lalu ke kocokan telor kemudian ketepung roti..
  5. Panaskan minyak lalu goreng katsu sampai matang 1 sisi, kemudian balik dan matangkan. Cukup balik sekali saja supaya tdk menyerap minyak. Jgn di bolak balik. Angkat dan tiriskan. Hidangkan dg sayuran dan saos steak, selamat mencoba.
