  2. Bumbui ayam dgn garam,lada,sama saus tiram,lalu diamkan 30 mnit.

  4. Pecahkan 2 telur td lalu kocok.
  5. Ambil ayam masukan k adonan tepung y basah, lalu angkat masukan ke dlm tepung yang kering,lalu masukan ke kocokan telur tadi habis itu masuk kan k tepung panir.
  6. Lakukan sampai ayam habis,setelah itu goreng deh.
  7. Bisa di makan sesuai selera sama saos / sama mayonise,mak nyus.
