- Tuangkan tepung keatas ayam bolak balik dan celup air baluri lagi tepung,,pecahkan telur dan aduk2 celupkan ayam yg sudah berbalur telur dan lapisi dengan tepung roti bolak balik,, dan siap kan minyak panas, goreng sampai kecoklatan,, angkat dan tiriskan.
